-No longer allows unit selection on turn 0 (although it wasn't actually submitting these orders)
-Fixed player reserve time display problems
-Added clear button to deck builder
-Added auto submit when timer+reserve reaches 0 (trial - we'll see how this works)
-Fixed options that were not being stored
-Added colors to players in chat rooms + chat fixes
