Having trouble finding where to lower the sound levels, and such.
I know it must be simple but I am missing it.

Unfortunately this simple item is on the list but not implemented yet. Just gotta turn down your volume for now. Soon we'll have a menu in with volume sliders, screen resolution settings, etc.
