I like the changes made to this card, it can still be powerful and very cost effective, but more it's more situational now.

It now costs 120g and doesn't work on mercs that are buffed.

So some changes need to be made on these changes. I tried to bribe a merc that had been blinded. That currently doesn't work because it's been de(buffed). That's ridiculous. I don't believe this was the intent of the change at all. Only positive buffs that someone had to use a card for should apply. Leading me to my next round, I tried to bribe it again once the blind had worn off. It had achieve vertern status via kills by that round and again i couldn't bribe it. Again, ridiculous and not the intent of the changes, I believe.
These 2 situations have inadvertainly nerfed bribery beyond usability. I won't grab it even in sealed unless these 2 situations are fixed.
Worthless premium.
