I dont understand the task. Should i create deck from each pool? Should it be best deck possible according to me? Then should I rate it? Or should I rate decks from others?

Create a deck out of each pool. Then put them in order 1-4 (1 the best deck you built) and a second rating 1-10 (10 best) from overall sealed decks you can imagine.

BTW: Rendrag lol. Look at deck B and D. They are exactly the same, but you rated one deck 7/10 and the other 8/10 and putted them as 1 and 2 in your list :D. If you sort the cards for enlists/merc, buffed units, buffs, debuffs, heals, special you would see it much better.

A
tech inf, medic, adrenaline (nice combi on any map)
repair, minor art, ballistics (nice utility cards on any map)
pacify ground, no fly, binocs (also always come in handy)
airport, eject smoke (for the suprise factor)

weakness, no enlists, expensive to start with, can do well on maps with lots of res (due to buffed inf and airport), must try to evade opponent first few turns. would do on crossfire and seperate ways.

B
enlist inf, enlist inf, enlist recon (whatever happens, these you will recruit)
repair, minor art ballistics (same as A)
no fly, pacify ground, binocs (same as A)
smoke 2, evac 3 enlist art (suprise and filled up with an enlist)

weakness, no infantry buffs, strong points, lots of discount units, would do well on small maps.

C
tech inf, adrenline, medic (see A)
repair, minor art, ballistics (see A)
pacify ground, no fly, binocs (See A)
airport, eject, tech fighter

see A, only difference is smoke/ tech fighter, I guess i rate the tech fighter a bit better than smoke, esp dince it helps in the evasion tactics needed with this deck.

D
enlist inf, enl inf enl recon (see B)
repair, minor art, ballistics (see all of them)
no fly, pacify ground, binocs (see all of them)
enl fighter, enl art, medic

i rate B a bit better than D, 5 enlists is to much often, but evac 4 is also to many units.

Still, i think B and D will do well on both small and big maps, while A and C will only compete on the bigger maps.

Didn't look at other responses before picking. :)

So I don't know why these pools were so similar, but I got the same exact decks for pools A and C, and also for B and D. I would take the B and D pools for a random map, but for some individual maps, such as frostbite, I would take decks A or C.

Forgot to give overall rating. I would give all of these decks a 9/10 in strength rating vs an average deck.
