Can anyone break this down for me or show me where on the forum I can read about this? I understand that to a certain degree, it's a cointoss, which unit moves or fires first, but obviously, there is much more to it than that. Is there some equation perhaps?

I would love to have a deeper understanding of the timing of execution of orders, I feel i could predict outcomes and plan accordingly much better if I could visualize this ahead of time.
