I think we as a community should now stop asking for little balance changes (except bugs), and just ask for expansions that benefit the game. Wasting resources tweaking the product at this time seems counter-productive. The product is already fine.

You can't stop people for wanting the game to be more balanced(although I think it's perfectly balanced) but the devs can focus on the bigger issues first, before getting to the small ones

Victim's absolutely right. Besides, the trend I've seen with strategy games is to constantly make minor balance changes, even years after release. But there really is a lot to be done and unless something's fairly important, we should try to stop expanding the list
