Hello,
Around last month, I decided I wanted to cancel my subscription to this game. Battle Dex is a ton of fun, but I really dont have time for it anymore.
Well, come to find out theres absolutely NO OPTION anywhere in-game or on the site, from what I've seen, to accomplish this. Last month I ended up giving up in frustration. At the beginning of THIS month, I decided to send out an email to the support email listed, explain my situation, and state that I no longer wanted my subscription to continue.
I have not received an email back, and yesterday I logged on to see that I had 3 new packs/more coins (indicating that I will probably be charged again this month). While the Terms of Service agreement states that you must give 14 days notice, I find it a little unproffesional that theres no easily-identifiable option to cancel your account on this site.
Cancel my account. Thanks.

You really should add the option to cancel the subscription  If you get more people ( and we all you do ) , than it would be a big problem.

calcel subscription, or buy 1 month only showing the days remainning ( these would be way better)

I don't know if this is the right place to post this, but I would like to cancel my account also, because Im running out of money and I dont want to have problems with the bank either the game's company. Thanks

Another question - where can I see if my premium membership is still active? I assumed it was active all this time I was gone but maybe it auto-cancelled through the bank at some point, not really sure... Can't wait to take a look around and see what has changed.

To see if you were active up untill the start of april, see if you have light transport (under movement).

i'm still completely shocked that there's no option online to cancel subscription (or an account status window on the Account page). Surely that takes precedence over in-game things?
