Awesome! I'm extremely happy to hear that the project isn't dead. Looking forward to seeing the new UI too. Hopefully that'll address the issue that the current UI isn't meant for a huge player base

This. Well, good luck with the project, I really hope you will be able to make some money out of this. You deserve it after so much work.

Since this game is awesome there should be a lot of players interested in playing it. One suggestion would be an advertisment on the advance wars by web site since this game is very similar to it. The problem in my opinion is still that those people who really like to play this game are not yet fully "recruited"=)
Also an AI would help a lot cause you could try out stuff without anyone else and play like short quick games. An AI rushing you would be funny btw=)

another advertisement to think about is Gamestop. It's probably extremely expensive, but ever since Gamestop bought Kongregate, they've been keen on shedding light on some of the games other than the normal release kind

you could also update trading card games wikipedia page with battledex. That wiki page is the first thing I checked when I wanted to find out new online TCG games. Also battledex should have his own page on wiki. There are also other TCG portals on the web, which are good resources for gamers that are looking for this genre. Also going live on facebook with an advertising campaign (which is pretty cheap on facebook, considering you can have a very targeted campaign) will bring you thousands of users. Just imagine that Eredan, a TCG facebook game, have more than 1 million users, with hundreds playing online at any given hour. And I got to eredan through an ad. Not the mention that once you get a decent facebook playerbase, there are a number of ways to spread the word about the game, w/o actually having to pay anything. Of course, you won't have to bother yourself with advertising if you manage to sell the game to a bigger company.

Dude Bubbles, you're a moderator. Even if it's voluntary you job is to promote the game on these forums and help new players. You shouldn't be making posts like this.
