It hasn't been released yet. Bubbles had mentioned something about both he and Dagnor being especially busy in one of the announcement posts, but that is all we have heard.

As Roth said, the card has not been released yet :/ I will send another email to dagnor asking what the situation is and relay things back to yall asap
