A suicide vest could be applied to an inf, and if he survived the turn, he'd blow up in the end dealing 50 damage to all units around him (neighbor hexes).

why? It'd be useless. He'd get paired against asfa and the vest would somehow fail to detonate!

A suicide vest? really? I think you might get trouble releasing the game in some countrys
