Allow one ground unit to move onto elevation
Convert one air unit into a ground unit. The unit's stats remain the same, but recieves damage from ground attacks rather than air. This can be used on your units OR your enemy's units.

Duration: 1 turn (after that turn, the unit dies)
Double a unit's health and give it Secondary Target Priority. The unit can not fire.
*this is for when priority targetting [telling a unit to attack a fighter before an inf, without having to red-arrow Priority Target the fighter] is implemented. That way, unless a unit is red-arrow Priority Targetted, then this unit will basically be a dummy.
**Can I suggest changing the current Priority Target (red arrow) to "First Target Priority", since the new feature mentioned above is more fitting as "Priority Targetting"?
Take away one unit's credit for 3 kills (so that way 2 of them will get rid of the higher buff)
Duration: 2 turns
Reduce a unit's range by 2. Does not work on Infantry. (or maybe, does work on inf, but only reduces 1 range on heli, inf, and recon? idk, thats up to yall)
Reduce a unit's range by 1
