Okay I must be missing something. Why are some enlist cards much much more popular than others?
Example 1:
-Enlist Infantry (C) + BUY Recon = 35 + 60 = 95g
-BUY Infantry + Enlist Recon (C) = 70 + 25 = 95g
-Enlist Infantry and Recon (UR) = 90g
Yet people are paying 150-200 points for Enlist inf and recon?? It's only a 5g difference and gives you the freedom to make the units at different times
Example 2:
-Enlist Recon (C) + BUY Artillery = 25 + 125 = 150g
-BUY Recon + Enlist Artillery (C) = 60 + 90 = 150g
-Enlist Recon and Artillery (UR) = 140g
Again, people pay so much for the UR but it only saves 10g and forces you to make the two units together!
Example 3:
Enlist Infantry (C) + BUY Infantry = 35 + 70 = 105g
Enlist Infantry (UR) = 100g
Only 5g difference, though it would be used almost every first turn, so it should be worth a decent amount. But still it's ONLY 5g.
Enlist 2 Recons (R) seems like it'd be just as good as these cards and it says 10g!

Well I wouldnt pay so much for them, but you will see importantce of it when you miss 5G for some strategy  . Enlist 2 recons isnt as expensive as the others, because most people jsut dont use 2 recons at start of game.

it depends on the map. In desert duel i use enlist 2 recons a good bit

5 gold here, 5 gold there.....you can save some money, which is very important on some maps and for some strategies..
example: there is a superfighter deck, which just works with enlist recon+arty, cause you need the 5 extra gold.

but there are other ways to get the money too. Different cards, different strategies, etc.

if you want to beat witcher, and he saves 10 gold and you don't, making the same units and using the same number of cards, it just makes it that much harder.

I guess what bubbles wanted to say, it's: if you are not damn rich on points or on that competitive level, you prefer save this 200-300 points for some obber card that would make a bigger diference as SF, airborne ranger

really i would want to save as much coins as i can,so i can send more units to where i want/need to as fast as i can.

but then again.....Bubbles has a good point.... Is saving 5-15 gold really worth 100-200 points (10 Dollers?)
