immobilize all units on the map , both ground and air for 1 turn
this card would be for the map , not just 1 unit and would stop every unit , on both sides from moving for 1 turn . units would still be able to shoot ,so you would have to think before using it . as , it could be used to allow an inf to take a cp if you have got say a recon going to block you ,, but ,, in doing so , you will not be able to move any of your own units out of range of anything firing on it for that turn

alow double firepower of 1unit for 1 turn
allow a unit to fire double damage for 1 turn , then miss a turn ( or 2 ) of firing why the it cools down . this will allow say a light tanks to fire 90 damage to a ground unit for 1 turn instead of 45 but it would not be able to fire again till it has called down . bit like rage andkamikaze but without the hp loss
