The name of the card was "aktien", it's more like stock (the bad papers they deal on wall street with) then action :=)
I think this card is not very well. Things would get too luck based, as you can send a powerful unit if you earn the 60 or no unit if you loose them. Another problem is, you need to have 60 spare money after completing the turn where you played it, so it's hard to deal with if you buy units or play cards that cost money after the stock card. Maybe give it a cost of 60 and a 50/50 chance of earning 0g/120g would solve this. But still first point is against it.
