Name: Buy me time Duration: Permanent Cost: 0g Text: One mechanical unit adds 1 minute to your reserve time when it dies.
I'm imagining "dormant" buffs to still count as the normal buff type even when they aren't active, so you cant have a firepower AND a dormant damage boost buff. Dormant buffs should show as a different color while inactive and normal color when active.
