Name: Blind Control Point Duration: Permanent Cost:30g Text: Permanently reduce any one control point's vision by 2 and if that control point has vision of 0 it does not provide vision of its own hex.
Name: Fortify Resource Duration: Permanent Cost: 50g Text: Place a building onto a resource hex you control. That building has 200hp and 4 vision.
Name: Resource Repair Duration: Permanent Cost: 100g Text: Target resource gains a healing attack with a range of 0 that heals friendly mechanical ground units 5% of their health and occurs 3 times per turn.
(Range of 0 means that the unit must be occupying that hex. Opponents who retake the resources STILL get the benefit for themselves.)
