Top side 2nd nearest resource is 1 hex farther away, this means that for instance, with a transport, you need 1 more turn to reach the res.

Ah, yes, this is the one, there is a shorter path on the left res, you can get there in 13 hexes on the bottom, but you need 14 on the top, this makes a difference because a transport moves 5 + 5 + 3 for the inf, takes 3 turns on the bottom but 4 on the top.

Yes. Geral is right. It's because on the right side there is one hex more than on the left . When you count the trees you'll see the problem.

Yes I see this also, but i dont see it as a big problem, who would do that anyway ? And there is another situation where for one player it takes 14 and for other 15 , but here the opposite player has it better.

No wonder I lose everytime I'm on top. Now I know why. It matters a BIG DEAL because this is a turn-based game. This game is also trying to be as competitive as possible (remember when we had crits)? Now stfu fewar.

i still don't see how this matters at all. Someone please explain again? If it takes the same to get the resources, what does it matter if theres 1 extra tree on the right?
