id like to drop a hello and wonder if any other old school MTG guys/gals could point me in the right direction with this new game. which is my new addiction BTW. also i read some where if i posted 5 times on the forums i get a free pack...? is that expaired or still availible. also i have gotten a chance to look around a whole lot but is there a card index/libary that shows all released cards. thanx again look forward to some real challenging strategic players.

Welcome. I too was a very old school magic player. Started at Neutral Ground and YMG (lived in NY and school in Boston -- played mostly in Boston).
Most Magic players love this game. I hope you will too.
Pack promo expired. But you can get lots of free packs from the training missions and coop missions.

Hi and welcome.
I am also an old school MTG player i started around ice-age and then played it for a good 2-3 years. After that i pick it up now and then.
It is true that you can get a good amount of points and packs by just playing the training missions and the coops. I really like this incentive!

Hey thanx for the info and i have started doing the training missions and dont intend on playing online until i have completed those. im a finding it rather hard to achieve gold for the missions? any help with the first one or 2 would be great!!. I also begin playing magic Around Ice Age but had to give up the cards for money back in 2009.

Golds arent there to be beatable by starting players with a starter deck. And they dont give you anything, so there is no point in being frustrated about it  .
