I'm and old RPG type of guy - dragons, wizards and stuff. One of my oldest and dearest friends got me into gaming and also introduced me to The Perfect General ages ago. Just so he could humiliate me as often as I'd agree to play, most likely. He passed away not long ago.. All I can say is that I think he would have loved this game.
I'm giving it a try. Its much "easier" to play than Perfect General was. Less tedious. Less "control" but that can be a good thing I guess. The best part - it is just easy enough to comprehend that my 9 year old son is playing it too

Most of our matches are against each other.
I have yet to see how this game intends to make money. I don't see ads, or offers that if I pay a certain amount I can get cards or faster match meet-ups or whatever. I'm looking forward to seeing the game progress.
