all maps in the tourney pool favor the 4 hex away first resource and the more than 6 hexes away second resource. the only exception for the first resource is frostbite. that is kinda sad because every strategie is driven to use some kind of movement bonus cards for infantry units. you just cant live without them otherwise your opponent will get such a huge money advantage and just break your bones. that is a current problem i think obviously the one with more and better infantry movement cards will almost win the game. i count ghost or delta force or merc special/special force and all the airbornes to movement too. so keep your deck full of at least 2 movement bonus cards in any game format.

i must admit that i didnt have a movement buff in my decks (the last week) until i got rally the troops (two days ago or something). and it kinda works too, i think inf tech and guerilla/special forces is more important
but if you have it, rally the troops is awesome since its a single card!

I want to add that movement for an inf is also very important because if an inf has a speed buff already existing then u cant play death march on it. I really like using death march on enemy troops and know how annoying it is to lose a guerilla with kevlar due to death march.
