Maybe I'm crazy, but ever since my dad and I made it a tradition to go out and scavenge for games on black friday, i've always loved it. This year was no different (though my dad's too old and boring to do it anymore) so I ended up headin to good ol' bestbuy. I got: -12x 3-month Xbox Live membership cards ($8 each, normally $25) -Final Fantasy XIII ($15 new, normally $20 used) -Gears of War 3 ($30, normally $60) I ended up spending $150, but saving $250, yet somehow only waited in line an hour!
What did YOU get in the madness?

My family is a big proponent of Black Friday, but I've never actually physically participated. I'll buy online, but it seems way too chaotic in-person. I know this isn't happening everywhere, but did you guys see this? http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/lanow/2 ... iday-.html

I believe it. Was it last year that some poor lady was trampled at Wal Mart? Probably every year...

Yep. My very first Black Friday, when I was about 7 or 8 and got a ps2 (and the most epic Scooby Doo game ever -- I'm dead serious, I'd still enjoy it today) several guys got arrested for fighting over spots in the line. One spot. Not skipping or anything, just one single person's spot.
