Yesterday marked the beginning of the 2013 F.I.R.S.T. Robotics Season. I'm a senior on my school's team and this year I'm the head programmer! ...well, the only programmer.

I have two main jobs:
1) Code the control system
2) Code a tracking system to utilize the reflective tape and throw the frisbees accurately 100% of the time

So yeah... I'm IMMENSELY excited for this I'll add videos as we start building our robot

Last night i taught myself enough movie maker to make my first video I put together the pictures and videos I happened to take of our robot so far. Since I'm not the camera person, I didn't have a picture of us as a team, but I'll be sure to put more of us actually working on it in another video

The build season (6 week window that we have to build the robot) is now exactly halfway over, so this video shows how much we have done so far. Based on our shooter, we're feeling very confident that we can be a top 8 team at our regionals for the first time
