I would treat this more like a business venture. Effit's Tournaments, nightly. 1st Place (some ultra rare everyone wants) 2nd place (5 packs), 3rd place (3 packs), 4th place (1 pack)
Charge 25 pts entry... require 10 people to start... profit

once squads are made, this needs to be implemented. The creator of the tourney must supply all of the prizes and receives all of the entry fees
