I have come to a conclusion.
a game is decided 99/100 in the first five turns.
if you start off bad, there is little you can ever do to rally back

Why? So the rich get richer and end the game quickly?
If I cap more points than you do, I gain more interest. People on the losing side tend to spend their money when they get it.

99/100 is too much. I have played 30 games and in at least five I had no idea who will win after 15 turns.
