it'd be nice if you could use minor artillery on places you don't have vision; after all, artillery bombardment doesn't require vision properly speaking; its jsut you mgiht ahve guessed wrong and you waste it; i'd still like it as a feature though.

nah, this way i would just play a few cards and then minor arty your starting area round 1
dont think that would be fun at all

would be OP. The limiting factor is that you must have vision

Maybe a new card that works like artillery strike that you can use anywhere on the map but it takes 1 turn until the blast. So the chances are quite low you will make enough dmg on starting units that the cot is worth it. Just a thought.
