I used to play Team Fortress 2 for about 3 years, 2 of those years i spent learning how to use Hammer, its a tool that was used to make custom maps. The last 8 months of those 2 years i started and finshed this map,

Team Fortress 2 had a thriving community, as you could do a lot of cutom things with the game.
I know there is a map editor for Battledex from reading through the posts in the forum, but it is a bit buggy so it is not getting released yet, but i would like to see it go further than just the map editior.
Will there be any update on when you think the editor will be ready. I would like see when the editor is finished, tutorials on how to add custom textures, you could also tell us how to add custom sounds for all the units and how to change the skins of the units :) .

though i agree this game could be much cooler with user content, there are bigger priorities right now than making a player-map-maker. One day though.. :)
