 Post subject: Priority MOVEMENT

Location: Louisiana, U.S.
if there's a road (+movement for ground units) then chances are on the first turn I'm gonna have more than one unit move via the road. If one has more movement than the other, I want the quicker one to move first. Is there a way to make sure the slower doesn't hinder thre faster one?

Just make sure you don't move an air unit through the path of a stopped ground unit. The air unit won't advance.

Makes no sense.
