Topic. That way if people need to ask someone for help or anything, they dont have to know the forums very well

I have a serious suggestion regarding the private messaging system. Sometimes I find that a person leaves before I can type the message. I don't know if they are assuming what I am going to say, or if they are busy in a game. I myself have immediately exited before while in the middle of an intense match.

I think that the PM window should not open for the recipient until a message has been submitted. People don't want to be pulled into a private message window and then have to wait to see what the other person wants.
