Where is the computer getting his Victory Points?
About 2 turns before he won, I was able to clear the victory point location north of my base across the river of any infantry the computer had. Early on in the game I had captured the victory point location to the East on the same landmass as my base. Is there a third victory point location?

i just played it again and captured the 2nd when the enemy had 47 points, and still won (they didn't gain any extra)
can you describe exactly what all happened that may be related to the bug?
Are you sure you captured the CP near your base as well? (By all the elevations)

I didn't capture the CP near my opponent's base, but I did clear it of any infantry (I lost 4 or 5 planes trying to get up there). It was still blue (the computer's color) because I hadn't gotten my own infantry to the CP. I did however, keep one of my own infantry on the CP near my base throughout the entire battle and had 30 something victory points when I lost.

I'm having a lot of issues trying to make it up to the other CP in time. I really don't know what else I should use in terms of cards.

I made a second buffed infantry and a second vision+ recon. Airlift is great. heals. Take abandon or eject just in case. Cap the close CP then slowly walk your way up to the other CP. There arent many units after you cross the canal to the sandy area

Airlift was not working for me for some reason.

describe what happened? EIther you did not use it right, the destination hex was taken (it would say that), or there is a bug

I clicked on the card, then clicked on the Hero Tank, and the card went back to the tray and the Tank was selected

If I understood what you are saying, you killed his infs but didn't take the CP... in order to make points you have to control it for 2 turns only... this means that it was still owned by the PC, as the color indicates Once you get a CP, since it has your color, you actually CAN move from it and still score... wasn't clear to me neither the first games ^__^

That's exactly why the computer shouldn't be gaining victory points. He didn't have an infantry on the CP. I was able to get a plane up there to scout it out and the tile was empty of anything, even when I parked my plane on the CP.
