 Post subject: Unit visibility when player surrenders

We're were playing a FFA game called "gamename" on the HEX6 map, it was about 4:10pm CST and turn 20 or so.

Red surrendered at around turn 20 (can't remember the exact turn) but post-surrender, Ryan (rcalt2vt) was in the middle of attacking Red's base. Though the Fog of War was covering the tiles, I was still able to see each attack that was made against Red's Command Center, as if I had vision of that one tile. The units would pop into view to show who was attacking the CC and then they would pop out of view.
