Radar Tech can't be traded yet and Long Range can't be traded anymore for some reason.
Edit: Actually Long Range is there its just in the super buff section instead of the vision section.

Still cannot trade these cards. To be more specific they do not show up as pictures that you can select when you click the "post new trade" button. Thanks for trying to fix these issues.
