When it shows the time that a post was made, this time is off by one hour. For instance, I posted this morning at 9:30am but it says 10:30am.

The forum's timezone has been corrected. Make sure your timezone is set properly in User Control Panel->Board preferences.
Also, it turns out you have to manually set the Board preferences->Summer Time/DST is in effect setting. That is, you have to set it to 'yes' when you enter DST and 'no' when you are no longer in DST.
