My bank account shows I was charged for my premium subscription but I did not receive my points or cards.

This has not been resolved yet, I still have not received the 65 points or 3 packs and I have verified that my bank was charged.

My points and cards did not show up again even though I was charged on my "Vinz" account. Since this has happened a few times in a row can you guys look into what might be causing the issue? I'm sure you don't want me asking you to add my points twice a month

Hello, I'm back on this again. A system upgrade resulted in some code not running. It is now back up. You should now have any payouts you were owed, and if you got some packs given to you manually, you probably got paid out twice now because it just went through the backlog.
