I agree with your thoughts. It may make sense to replace some of the trees with hils.

Now after I played 1 game on it, i am starting to hate it. It really did not help that opponents had artilery hero in my first game on it (and it survived our attack with 7 hp). It might be ok for constructed. I would take airlifts, major artilery.. , but in sealed you dont have much choices there.
