Just cause you are at the top, you will lose if you have to play a better player in 2 out of 3. 2 out of 3 is huge. If you don't deserve to be at the top, you will lose and not get anything. nono i mean the normal leaderboard if you are NOW place 1 u get a big place in the ladder and i dont hink thats fair as you dont have to do anything for it

It wasn't easy to get such a hgh ranking, so why should I or other top ranked players lose it?

Exactly. So the top ladder postions are already set in stone pretty much.

If you stopped playing and jojo would continue ladder (which i belive has K-value 16) he will gain about 4-6 rating from "average guys", if he would play tournaments he gets about ~15-20 rating from the good people and about 10-15 from the "average guys". If jojo looses even one match, he loses ~12-15 in ladder and ~25 in tournament. So he would need to win 10 following laddermatches to catch up with you, or about 5 from tournament. hmpf instead has to win about 20 matches to catch up with you. Even more extreme: Asfa in sealed: 2194 and 2nd guy has 2031. Random Teams and FFA are not that hard, as you get rating from 2 guys if you win. Maybe you see now what i meant.

Just add 3 new ladder spots for the second rated players. We are not going to do a ladder reset now, as the people who are at the top earned their spots and I think they can be passed. However, the second rated people are now definitely catchable.
