Anyone beginning a membership in December will receive Sniper. Existing members will receive Sniper on their subscription anniversary date (e.g. if you started on November 15, you will receive Sniper on December 15).

Squadron Leader will no longer be available. It may be released in a future expansion. If you want squadron leader, sign up for premium within the next two days.

Details of Sniper will be posted on Wednesday. It will be a permanent infantry buff card (like guerilla, delta force, or special forces).

Well you don't have to worry since you already have it

Workarounds for people that don't have it:

1) Trade with other people that do, I've seen Snapfire stockpiling them
2) Emulate Squadron Leader with multiple cards.
3) Wait for expansion pack

ok, it can be emulated with 2 cards, so its not big deal :)

i hope for an anti special force card. He should have 100% armor penetration that would be awsome=)

-2 movement OR -40% armor, +2 vision, range 3-5, maybe +damage to prevent camo?

Reducing movement or immobilizing him would make sense. Hard to do a high damage, long range shot while running around

Snipers are mostly camo and fast. They just need to setup for a shot then. So maybe they can either move or shoot in a turn. But I think that would be too complicated. Lets see what it will be :)
