10GP -- Give target infantry unit +3 vision, +3 range, and it is immoblized. Duration = 2 turns. This seems like it could be fun.

And armor piercing just got even more powerful. Infantry focused decks are becoming more and more viable. I agree it sounds like it could be fun :-)
Curious, does this work on enemy units? Its a 2 turn immobilize if it does... though it won't work on infantry with vision or range buffs. If anyone tests can they confirm? Intended or unintentional if it can?

It should not work on enemy units. Card should have been edited to state Friendly units as of last night. Not sure when edit will get done.

maybe it's just me, but imo it'd be better if it cost a little more and was +50% dmg as well. It's cheap, but it also doesn't do much -- yeah he can shoot far, but he's weak and doesn't deal much damage anyway. And it wouldnt be a good scout except for rare occasions because he doesnt move that fast

You're missing the point. This card combos extremely well with both Armor Piercing and High Caliber and makes those cards a whole lot more useful than they even were before. If it gave a firepower boost you could not use either of those cards since it is the same type of buff. Also gaining +3 vision when your opponent isn't expecting isn't too shabby either.
The other nice thing is that it is a temporary immobilize (instead of a permanent -2 speed like sniper) allowing you to use that infantry like normal later.

Who comes up with the names for these cards? Long Range? Really? How about 'Crack Shot' instead.

I like crack shot. I am going to suggest a change. You can be in charge of naming.

Also, I think the card is actually stronger with no damage buff then a 50-100% buff.
