Battle Dex v2 Beta on the Horizon

To get the very first question out of the way, I'll say that the latest date for this beta will the end of December.

nfntp did a good job of noting the new stuff, but I'll reiterate. User interface has had a complete overhaul. The menu structure and visuals are so entirely pleasing, and the in-game UI (as pictured above) has become incredibly intuitive. For example, (also in that picture) you can now see the range of units' movement, vision, and attack. So pretty...

Beyond that, an immense amount of bugs have been squashed (that full list to come later). Huge props to the Battle Dex team, who have been and continue to be insanely passionate about this game - all for you guys.

Indeed, for those of you hanging around in-game and on the forums, we will need all the help we can get. Bug and stress testing this game is paramount, and we need a large community to do it. Get your friends, siblings, and pets into Battle Dex and get them up to speed.

I'll be here, in-game often, and watching the Battle Dex Player's Match-up group on Facebook. So, hang out, play some games, and ask any questions of me. If I don't know the answer, I'll find it out for you.

I hope you guys are ready, because Battle Dex is about to reach a new level of awesomeness.

<3 the new UI. Once this releases, I suggest we have a friendly tournament to celebrate/begin testing! 1v1 single elimination, matches can be redone if a bug causes a game-changing scenario.
I suppose I'll even put 100 or 200 of my own points up for prize(s) for incentive!

I wouldn't worry about putting up your own points for now, although that is insanely cool of you all. We'll be holding a tournament for you veteran players who have stuck with us, and then we'll probaly do a mix of noob-only and other mixed tournies.

Great news guys! It's the kind of post I was waiting for like 6 months.

Will be nice if you will also release a new set of cards. And if we can get the revamp for Christmas... would be awesome!
