So i've noticed the past 2 weeks or so that the points cost of cards has significantly dropped. Did i miss something? What happened? Cards like Heavy Tank Hero and Kevlar that used to go for 200 points are now up for 100 or 6 packs.

a card like heavy tank hero is not playable, (maybe just on "into the great wide") and kevler isnt good at all....so why should a card cost a lot if the card isnt usefull?!

Agreed, Heavy Tank just costs so much and can get punked easy early game which is pretty much the only time you have 250 gold lying around. You're much better off buying cheaper stuff until you can get a handle on what the other player is doing. That said, if H.Tank hero were to drop to 225 - 215g I would consider running him with repairs in deck.

HT Hero on any small map paired with 3xairlift1, full repair and some air debuffs is a 90% win if the other isn't expecting it (if don't make any mistakes that is). Never underestimate HT Hero. Just a quick calculation: enlist2arts + bought recon =260g =225hp ...HT Hero does 216dmg in 2 turns.
