 Post subject: Smoke and Smoke 2

These cards are rarely used, but I think that this stems from a flaw in the way the effect works. Currently if the smoke is on elevation level 1 and there is an enemy on elevation level 2, it can see straight over the smoke and see any units hiding behind totally negating the usefulness of the card.

Easy fix = Make smoke occur on all elevation levels of the hex it occupies. This makes the card more useful and makes thematic sense, as I sincerely doubt high ground would help you see over and behind smoke grenades.

Thoughts?

+1! And believe it or not, I actually used smoke a lot in sealed ^^ If used right, it can really make a difference, especially when trying to cap a cp/res
