Can you upload images with grid on? It is hard to count hexes this way :)

its symetric, 10 to left ress, 3 to first right, another 7 to the 2nd right, 8 to mid

when I save the map , close the editor, start again and load map again, I have the grid.

this map will be a really defensive map i think. there are only thre possibilities to get ground units to your enemy base or to good places for artys so you can destroy them. So you have to move in with air units which can be easily wiped out by aa's. Maybe it would be better if at the sides there was more place for ground units to pass.

I like the map generally. I think the main paths should be 2 wide. We did 1 wide paths on Paradise and people abused it. They would play all boots and repeatedly boot units on the path, blocking all movement to the middle.

Can you remove hill from below trees? I dont think that it does anything different other than blocking more view for player.
