We need your help. We are trying to figure out what we should have for clans. We are about to start working on this and want to make it as cool as possible. I know we touched on this in another thread, but I wanted everyone's thoughts on clans in this thread.

Here are things we are thinking of:

1. Clans will be able to have their own clan page listing their members with their own private message board.

2. A clan leader will be able to assign certain ranks which have certain priviledges (suggestions please).

3. There will be a clan leaderboard that can be sorted by 3 categories -- total packs won by the clan; highest clan average rating using only the top 10 playes in each clan; CLAN RANKING.

4. We will have CLAN tournaments. A CLAN enters the tournament and how the clan does affects the clan's ranking. Each round you would play another clan. Each clan would need 4 members to play. You would simultanesouly play a 1 v1 , 1 v 1 sealed, and team sealed. Whichever team wins 2 of the 3 matches gets the win.

5. Clan leagues -- also using the CLAN Ranking format -- 3 games.

We need more ideas and your thoughts on the above ideas.

first of all CLANS are great.

2. clan leader should of course be able to invite new members but i would add something like a vote option for around 2 players and the leader in the CLAN so its democartic;)

4. for tournaments each CLAN (leader) should assign there players for the special game types or if its only one game type as first, second and so on player. so it is possible for a weaker CLAN to make the stronger CLAN fight their weakest player with their strongest and win some games against the weaker ones.

5. CLANs need to be active in the league if not they lose rating points.(after the second non played game)

As said in different thread.

1. Have clan specific cards (following is example). Each clan will have 3 cards which anyone in clan can use to build their deck. Clan will have to win points to get these cards. For common card they will need 1 point, for uncommon 4, for rare 10 and for ultra 30. Points will be awarded by winning tourneys, for ranking...

2. There can be special card/s which can be win only by clan tourney/ranking. Card will be temporary (1 week ). You can get this card only by clan competition. By winning such card 10 times, it can be added as clan specific card (above)

2nd EDIT: Tourney can take 5 hours, and you have to be here all the time. Most of the poeple dont have such time. So there could be tourneys where you would have only one game per day.. Or there could be leagues. 10 players will join a league and play each other, one game per day.

5. Clan section of website: add another section under Community, which leads to a list of clans (defaultly listed by ranking, but also able to be searched alphabetically, etc). Each clan must have a clan page (requirement of creating the clan). This page is where the clan can display anything they want -- requirements to get in, a list of rankings, the rights of rankings, who is what ranking, etc. Info and advertisement. Also, once URL's can be chatted in-game it'd be cool to go BattleDexGame.com/GuildName
Editing the guild page can also be a right given to ranks

Regarding the clan intern ranks...
the clan leader (founder of the clan) has all rights...
vice leader can do the same things as the clan leader except disbanding the clan...
some other clan intern rank can invite and promote members and earn rating...
recruiter can recruit and earn rating...
member can earn rating for the clan...
recruit games of recruits dont affect the clans rating. also recruits cant participate in clan tourneys...

On the clan page the Leader and ViceLeader should be able to write some kind of clan history so you can see that even the best clan once was only a small clan ;)

well as heinzel said, just copy it from Tibia (who knows that game?;D)

-Clan Board,
-Ranks in the Clan
-Every Game a clan member plays should be rated for the clan rating so clans dont have to be active in clan tournaments
-in a clan tournament: the clan with the higher rating should set their players first (who plays 1v1, who sealed, who team) and THEN the weaker clan may choose their players so they can put their strongest player against the higher ranked clans weakest (as i think jojo said) or will it be random?!
-Ingame Emblem for clan that show off next to the name (emblems should be uploadable like a small pic or you could add a designing function)
-every month the members of the clan that is ranked 1st should get packs so there are benefits for being the best ^^
-THE RAKING OF A CLAN SHOULD NOT DEPEND ON SINGLE PLAYERS' SEALED OR 1v1 RATING!
