This F.A.Q. is intended to help out new players. If you have any further questions, just go ahead and ask them in the forums. If you as an experienced player feel that you can contribute to this page you are gladly invited to work on it!
Do training missions reward anything for beating it on gold?
No, training missions have the same price for bronze as for gold.
Will I get the prize twice if I beat the training missions/coop mission more than once?
No, you will only get it for the first beating, then nothing for any more victories.
How does the rating system work?
Rating is almost an Elo system, just with the tweak that when you play a game and have less than 1750 rating you receive additional rating points just for playing the game. This is basically, because a player with 0:10 stats is better than a player with no games played. Over 1750 it is usual Elo system (same points lost by loser than won by winner).
Can I turn off the music or sounds?
Yes, under the options tab
Why can't I watch a particular replay?
It may have two different reasons: A: The tournament the replay origins from is still running. You can't watch it then to protect the other players card-secret. B: The tournament is pre-launch and got erased from servers.
I have an issue with anything in regards of payment or billing, who do I contact?
You can contact the support via support@banderagames.com or you can write a forums private message to anyone with an orange name.
Is there a possibility to play offline?
Sadly: No.
How to set up a team/FFA game?
Go to global chat or contact other players via player finder.
Why can't I click on the "add buddy" button?
It's not implemented yet.
Why does it take so long to find a game for me?
Just stay in the queue. When another player joins and has the same specifications as you (for example a sealed deck 1vs1), you will have a game.
How long does a game last?
A typical turn takes around 1 minute and 30 seconds. A game can contain of 50 turns, resulting in almost 2 hour long games, or it will end within 5 minutes, because you one player gets beat up badly?
What happens when I used my round time?
You have a reserve clock, when that time is also run down, you will not submit a turn. If this happens 3 turns in a row, you will automatically surrender.
Why does XYZ have 1:30 reserve time?
He/she is a PREMIUM player. This adds 30 seconds to your reserve clock and gives you other special bonusses. You can also gain more reserve time by winning particular coop missions.
Can I pay via something else than credit card or paypal?
Not yet.
I am PREMIUM player and I don't see any free tournaments besides the ones that are already free for everyone?
Just check for the name. Some are named PREMIUM in it. If you have premium, you dont need to pay upon entering.
What is check-in?
You need to do the check-in 30 minutes before the tournament starts to confirm you are there.
Why didn't the tournament start?
Maybe there weren't enough players. Check forums if this wasn't the case.
Will I get my head ripped off if I ask any question on the forums?
Certainly not. Go ahead, ask anything you like. You can also go to the global chat and ask people there.
I can't log in.
Check your internet. If it isn't and issue with you make a post on the forums.
What is the limit of cards in my deck?
You can have 3 cards of the same type in your deck. Exception are hero cards, from this type you can only have 1 of each in your deck, but for example 1 Recon and 1 Fighter Hero.
