Overview

The units in Battledex are the key of the game. There are currently 8 different units in the game, split up into 3 unit types (Mechanical Ground, Mechanical Air, and Infantry). Every unit has its own strengths and weaknesses.

Infantry

Infanteries are used to capture ressources and buildings.

Good against: -
Weak against:
Helis
Recons

Recon

Recons have high vision and are great to kill lone enemy infanteries.

Strong against: Infanteries
Weak against:
-Tanks
-Artilleries
-Helis

Heavy Tank

Commonly reffered to as "Heavies," they have the most health in BattleDex.

Strong against:
-Recon
-Anti-Air
-Artilery

Weak against:
-Heli
-Fighter

Light Tank

Light Tanks are cheap and move fairly quickly. They are great for taking out most other ground units.

Good against:
-Anti-Air
-Recon
-Artillery

Weak against:
-Artillery
-Heavy Tank
-Heli
-Fighter

Artillery

Artillery are very slow and have minimal vision on their own, but when use in accordance with a scoutting unit, they wreak havoc from far away, destroying almost anything on the ground.


Good against:
-Anti-Air
-Light Tank
-Recon

Weak against:
-Heavy Tank
-Heli
-Fighter
-Light Tank

Fighter

Fighters are the fastest units in BattleDex, and have good vision. Though they are expensive, they serve their purpose very well as scouting units. Fighters are also the only units who do good damage against both air and ground units.

Good against:
-Light Tank
-Infantry
-Recon
-Artillery

Weak against:
-Anti-Air

Heli

Great against Infantry and Tanks, but easily overcome by a Fighter.

Good against:
-Infantry
-Recon
-Light Tank
-Heavy Tank
-Artillery

Weak against:
-Fighter
-Anti-Air

Anti-Air Halftrack

Commonly reffered to as "AA," it deals massive damage to air units, but is weak against most other ground units.


Good against:
-Heli
-Fighter

Weak against:
-Light Tank
-Heavy Tank
-Artillerie
