BALANCING CHANGES
-- Light Tank Hero hp reduced from 240 to 215.
-- You must have visibility of an enemy HQ to target it (i.e. in a base rush if all you have is artillery 5 spaces away left, you will not be able to fire).
FIXES
-- Fixed rounding error on air unit speed buff -- 50% speed buff to fighters results in 9 spaces of movement not 10.
-- You cannot fortify enemy units (one of my favorite replays was someone fortifying an enemy recon in a resource they controlled on Oasis and then never going on that side of the board again -- permanent controlled resource -- funny but not fair).
-- Fixed smoke 2 descriptions to say 4 cannisters instead of 3.

In team tournaments, if you kill an opponent, you don't get the 400 bonus gold. You still get 400 bonus gold in FFAs if you take out an opponent.

Non Cost Changes
Minor Artillery damage range changed to 65-85 -- average damage is still the same, though the extremes are tighter. Heli Hero Vision increased to 4 (cannot see hidden units) Heavy Tank Hero ground vehicle damage increased from 105 per turn to 108 per turn. Smoke 2 now gives 4 smoke canisters instead of 3

fixed 2 heros exploit -- by putting infantry hero in a transport -- not really that useful, but . . fixed moving smoke canisters

Surrender bug fixed. Before the fix, you could accept surrender by hitting any key (not good).
Build 306
Duaration of Armor piercing changed from 2 turns to 1 Turn -- I believe the card is still extremely effective even if the duration is cut in half. Most times, all of the enemy units are dead after a1 turn anyway. We will still be watching this card.
Airborne Ranger damage increased from 50% to 100%. It never was supposed to be 50%.
2 v 2 constructed team games now give 4 minutes to build decks.
Various other crash bugs fixed.

Resources and control points in a team game go neutral if a player is killed and still has a surviving teammate. In a 2 v 2 v 2 gain, you would gain a team's resources and control points if you kill the last team member.
Updated land mine descirption to match actual effect of card.

Additions & Other Changes
You can only watch replays from the perspective of the playwer who posted them or from all perspectives (you cannot see the cards of the person that did not post the replay, unless you were that person)
Sealed Deck Card Selection Reduced to 2 minutes
Players can withdraw from tournaments without taking a loss by hitting withdraw button (e.g. if you only have time for 2 rounds, you can play 2 rounds and then withdraw).
